Yoga teacher and PT working from Unit8Gym Fi trained in Greece with Transformational Hatha Yoga and gained her 200 Hour Teacher training certification.
She is registered with Yoga Alliance International, India's first International alliance. Classes are run online in our private group. They run on Tuesdays and Thursdays and then are saved for you to join when its convenient to you. Classes are personal and friendly and I encourage you to work to your own goals. Classes are £22 a month which works out at £2.50 a class.
