Tonight is now fully booked. But don’t forget the waitlist and there is second chance Thursday!!
We have only two spaces available for tonight’s slow and relaxing yoga class. A yin style with long holds in passive poses like lying down, kneeling or seated. Great for mindfulness, connection with the breath and to improve flexibility.
If you can’t make it to tonight’s class, remember there is a second chance on Thursdays at 7:30pm.
I also only have one space for Wednesday’s vinyasa flow. A more challenging flow but with options to find the right pitch for you.
But again, if you can’t make Wednesday, the class is repeated on Thursdays to give you a second chance to get on your mat!

Happy Sunday everyone! All classes are back to normal next week with a lovely schedule of classes.
Book now to save your spot as the classes get filled quickly.
As always there is free parking at the park and ride, all equipment is provided, and i would recommend bringing a drink with you for the week coming too.

A reminder there’s no class tonight (Friday).
But tomorrow morning is on 10-11am. A beginner friendly vinyasa flow class. Designed to match movement with breath to find peace of mind. A dynamic style but with variations to keep it accessible or challenging.
Also, if you get had enough heat, the wood fired sauna is available for your use. 60 minutes of heat with the cold water bucket to be used intermittently. The use of hot and cold is said to be a great way to flush inflammation in the body, energised the nervous system and accelerate muscle recovery. What more could you want??

Friday
Remember that there is no class tomorrow (Friday evening) but there is plenty of room for tonight’s vinyasa flow at 6pm.
Tonight!! (Thursday)
The blinds of the studio will be down all day to keep it cool and I have created a soft flow to respect the heat so it will be suitable for Friday people if they wish to come tonight.
There is also the slow and relaxing style on at 7:30pm with just a few spaces left. The heat should give us some comfortable poses while overlooking the garden in its glory.
Saturday
Saturday morning is on at usual and the sun won’t be reaching the studio so the doors can be open and it should be lovely and cool. Remember this class is super beginner friendly for those wanting to explore or develop their vinyasa flow practice.

We have just three spaces left for Wednesday’s flow and a few left for Thursday. A perfect place to enjoy the weather, the doors open, the water running in the pond, and the birds singing.
As the temp is rather high, the prepared class will reflect the heat. Still a flow but less movement, with longer holds to take advantage of the heat.

A little movement. A little breathing space. A little time just for you.
Friday Flow is a 60-minute Vinyasa class designed to help you finish the week feeling stronger, calmer and more connected. Suitable for beginners and improvers, with plenty of options throughout.
This class attracts a lovely mix of students, including several couples who enjoy practising together, alongside those coming on their own.

We had a lovely class today which was a relatively strong one. 🤸
