Sometimes YOGA is like peeling an onion🧅

Layer after layer comes away as we come closer to the core of our being, our authentic selves.

It's your choice how far you go🚀 and I'm not sure you're ever done - we keep learning right until the day we die.

But as you peel those layers away, you'll notice subtle changes!

What you eat🥗 how you dress, what you say, how you react, what you want out of life, will shift - perhaps so slightly, at first, that you barely notice it.

You will definitely start to slow down, to do things without stress or hurry - and oddly, you'll also find you achieve more🙏

There is no right and wrong way here. Yoga is a way of life, but that way is all about looking deep inside and finding the answers for yourself.

There are no rules.
It's up to you to decide🥰
