We're also opening up just 3 studio memberships from 1st September.

Our memberships are perfect if you want to train regularly but still have the flexibility to choose which sessions work for you.

You can be a complete beginner or already have pole experience —everyone trains at their own level, with individual coaching rather than simply following the group.

Our classes are kept small, with a maximum of 7 clients per session, so you get plenty of attention from your instructor.

BRONZE — 5 sessions/month
Access to all classes on the timetable, including Pole, Flow, Yoga + workshops by Eve.

POLE FLOW BRONZE — 4 sessions/month
Access to all our Flow classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Sundays.

SILVER — 9 sessions/month
Access to all classes on the timetable, including Pole, Flow, Yoga + workshops by Eve.

POLE FLOW SILVER — 8 sessions/month
Access to all our Flow classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Sundays.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga
All our Yoga classes are currently available PAYG, so you can simply book the classes that suit you.
If you hold one of our memberships, you can also add a Yoga Booster— a discounted monthly Yoga option starting from just £5 per class.
