EGH Judo

A rollercoaster today for EGH!

A fantastic effort by every single judoka.
Some had small weight categories, so had to combine - whilst others had a high number of players.

Josh fought really well in stiff competition, and was unlucky to miss out on Bronze.

Back to training Monday, ready to go again

No Judo Tots or dragons classes tomorrow. Junior and Senior class as normal

Hi everyone, very sorry but I have to cancel all tonight's classes as the floor is still not ready. I will work over the weekend to ensure it's safe for judo by Monday

Today's 5.30pm Dragons class is cancelled.

An exhilarating day at the British Teams for everyone.

The Cadet boys went up against some really tough opposition, losing 2 and winning 1.

I'm sure everyone went away with things to work on, but more importantly, a real feeling of team work and pride 💪

We had a tough draw pulling Scotland and London, however I’m happy all of us won our last fights against North West.

Good luck also to Sensei Huw Jones refereeing tomorrow at the tournament.

Tomorrow some of the best teams will go up against eachother at the British Teams Championships in Walsall.

EGH are proud to have Luca⚔️ representing us at such an incredible team event.

Luca has been focussed and training really hard for this weekend, and we'll all be cheering him along in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
