Faye is a yoga teacher and reiki practitioner based in Poole, Dorset. Faye sees yoga as part of an holistic practice that unites body, mind and soul.
She enjoys teaching vinyasa flow yoga to music and believes that yoga can be accessible to everyone. As a yoga teacher, she would like her students to feel empowered and relaxed by the end of her classes. Faye is also a Reiki practitioner and has compled the Reiki First and Second degrees in The Usui System of Natural Healing.
