Are you a SUPer? Whether you're a seasoned pro or a newbie, it’s important to remember these Stand Up Paddle Board (SUP) safety tips whilst out on the water 🌞🌊🏄♀️🏄♂️
1️⃣ Wear a buoyancy aid
2️⃣ Carry a phone in waterproof pouch
3️⃣ Wear the correct leash
4️⃣ Check the weather & avoid offshore winds
5️⃣ Stay hydrated, use sunscreen.
