Never done Krav Maga before? Perfect. This course is specifically for beginners.
Over 6 weeks, we’ll introduce you to practical Krav Maga and teach you how to become more confident, more aware and better prepared to deal with real-world situations.

You do not need to be fit before you start and you don’t need any previous martial arts experience. We’ll build you up as the course progresses.

Ages 16–17 can train when attending with a parent or guardian who is also booked onto and taking part in the course. Both places must be paid for.
