As the warm summer weather continues, we'd like to extend a very warm welcome to all the crews and lifeguards attending RNLI College this week.

Across courses including Crew Emergency Procedures, Navigation, Casualty Care, ILB Maintainer and more, volunteers are dedicating their time to develop vital lifesaving skills. Whether refreshing existing knowledge or learning something new, your commitment helps strengthen the RNLI's lifesaving service and allows us to keep our communities safe.

After last week's heatwave, we're certainly grateful for a much cooler start as crews from across the region come together to train with us across a range of specialist disciplines. Throughout the week, participants will be taking part in a variety of courses, including Crew Emergency Procedures, Searching (Atlantic 85 / D Class), Introduction to DC Electrics plus more.

☀️ A very warm welcome to all crews joining us in Poole this week for training.

With sunshine and warm temperatures forecast throughout the week, conditions are looking ideal for getting out on the water. Hopefully the sea breeze might help to cool them down!

It's another busy week, with courses including Crew Emergency Procedures, Seamanship, Pre-Commissioning Training, Introduction to DC Electrics, and much more taking place over the coming days.

Our crew will be making the most of our fantastic new Airstream with some al fresco dining on our sea terrace in the evenings – and you're very welcome to join them!

We'll be serving delicious food Tuesday to Friday from 5:30pm, so come along, relax, and enjoy great food with stunning sea views.
