Well established field hockey team based in Dorset, playing in Hampshire and Dorset leagues.
Founded in 1893, Poole Hockey Club has been in existence for well over 100 years and is one of the oldest sports clubs in the country. We run three mens and one ladies team in various leagues across the Hampshire and Dorset region. We are also very fortunate to be able to run Junior teams offering regular fixtures throughout the season for U12 and U14 Mixed squads.

Tomorrow we officially kick off the 2026/27 hockey season with Poole Hockey Club Day!🏑🥳
It’s a day dedicated to celebrating the life of Tom Darlington and the extraordinary impact he had on our club and on sport in Poole. We’re also delighted to be welcoming the Deputy Mayor of Poole during the event.
