Well done to the ladies who took part in our Social Doubles Tournament on the grass on Thursday morning, it was lovely to have some shade on the end court and the groundsmen had already been out with the sprinkler! Nothing better than a bit of grass court tennis during Wimbledon fortnight 🎾🌱😎

Lovely weather for the Grade 5 14U & 18U Boys Doubles padel tournament today with some great play from all the juniors! It was super to have lots of players from Rich's East Dorset coaching groups as well as players from Wi******er Padel and Chiswick.

Congratulations to the winners and runners up 👏- Daniel & Michael and Kai & Felix (14U), and Joseph & Sebastian and Ethan & Monty (18U) 🥇🥈 and thanks to Quay Rackets and Luke for the prizes!

It was a scorcher for the Grade 4 Mens & Womens padel tournament today, well played to everyone for getting through all the matches, especially the Women who were on court in the hottest part of the afternoon!

Some great points and matches as always so lots for the specators to enjoy whilst topping up their tans!! 😎

Well done to the boys who competed in our Grade 5 11U Singles this afternoon in challenging conditions and for playing some great tennis despite the windy weather! It was brilliant to have 4 East Dorset Tennis Academy players in the line up including Forest who won the final against Asher, and Ollie who finished 3rd... plus Jacob and Dylan who played each other in the consolation final! Well done everyone! 👏

We were treated to some great padel matches at the Grade 4 14U / 18U Boys & Girls Doubles today with high quality play from juniors from Dorset, Hampshire & Surrey! 👊

We had 12 pairs across the Boys events and 4 pairs in the 18U Girls and lots of close scorelines and match tiebreaks... a testament to the high level of padel played by the south's juniors!

Congrats to the winners Joseph & Lukin (14U & 18U Boys) and narrow runners up Ethan & Monty, and to Morgan & Lara (winners) and Layla & Ellie (RUs) in the 18U Girls 🏆
