The more you learn, the more you realise there is always another level 🔥. On Sunday our instructors swapped places and became the students.

The Vagabond team got together for a workshop with the brilliant Lucia | fluid movement coach to nail the details, ask the awkward questions and make sure we're right up to date with the latest thinking and research.

Being a Vagabond instructor means committing to growth and never switching off the learning. Ongoing training sharpens the eye, builds real depth of knowledge, gives us new ways to cue movements so they land properly, and helps us adapt every session to the person actually in front of us. It's also just a brilliant excuse to hang out and laugh.
