The Fitness Factory is based in Port Glasgow. They are much more than a gym, offering personal training, group sessions and a wide range of classes while building a fantastic fitness community locally. The girls in the team have also been going here on a Monday for their S&C sessions 💪⚽

TFF Games – Fundraising for Nicole ❤️

On Saturday 29th August, our TFF community will come together for this year’s TFF Games, but this time we’re competing for something much bigger than prizes.

This year, we are raising money for one of our own TFF members, Nicole McKenzie.

Nicole is living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and has been exploring the possibility of undergoing stem cell treatment, in the hope that it can help with her condition and give her the best possible chance moving forward.

Unfortunately, this treatment needs to be privately funded, meaning Nicole and her family face a significant financial cost.

At TFF, we’ve always been incredibly proud of the community we have built. We train together, push each other, laugh together and, most importantly, support each other when it really matters.

That’s why this year’s TFF Games are for Nicole. ❤️

The day will see our members taking part in singles and doubles competitions, with everyone encouraged to get involved — whether you’re going all-out to win your age group or simply taking part, having fun and supporting a great cause.

We’ll have a DJ playing throughout the day, food and drinks, followed by our after-party at the Port Golfy, where we’ll celebrate together and present the prizes and flags to our age-group winners.

But the biggest win will be seeing the whole TFF community come together to raise as much money as possible for Nicole.

Every donation, big or small, will make a difference and help towards the cost of her treatment.

If you can’t compete on the day, you can still be part of it by donating, sharing this page and helping us spread the word.

Let’s show Nicole exactly what the TFF family is all about.

On the 29th of August our TFF games wil take place at the gym but this year there is a twist. We will be opening up to the general public, not only gym members and anyone can come take part and compete and there will be a minimum entry fee of £30 per person. If you want to donate more you are more than welcome too 😉😊

There will be a Dj playing on the day and food and drinks provided and a right good workout too.

Then after a party up where there will be a raffle, presenting of prizes and flags for the winners and a bbq.

This year we’re doing this event in aid of one of our own members Nicole McKenzie.

@⁨Nicole McKenzie⁩ has been looking into stem cell treatment in hope that it helps with her condition (MS).

This is all self funded and needs to be paid for privately and it isn’t cheap. So all process and funds raised will be going towards helping her.
