Finding that you are going over on your ankle a lot or that you feel that your ankles are weak. Strengthen the tibialis anterior muscle, which is around the shin. Digitorum Longus muscle which is on the left side of the ankle & the fibularis Longus muscle which is on the right side of the ankle.
3 great exercises to strengthen the ankle are
Sitting dumbbell/kettlebell leg raises
Heal raises & dips
Front Squats
Strengthening the ankles will lead to strengthening the knees & creates a better structured balanced body.

First health choice would be cutting down on caffeine & pop by drinking water.
Cutting out caffeine would make you feel more human, keep your mind active & thinking straight instead of over acting the mind, feeling stressed & sick from the amount of caffeine you drink.
Cutting down pop will lower sugar in the blood which will increase natural body energy to be active.

Exercising with depression can be hard work. It's the choice of exercise & the mind set of an individual. Majority of people would go walking, fishing or camping. From walking you can end up light jogging, into jogging & into running. Nature can help your mind think clearly, answering any worries you've been thinking about that may have put you in a depressing state.
