We have various state of the art Panatta equipment regardless of what your goals are. We have classes which are suitable for all abiities and ages, alongside an allocated area for power lifters.

Our membership options suit everyones needs.

Opening times are :

Monday-Friday 5am-9pm
Sat - 8am-4pm
Sun - 9 - 2pm
