CUP RUGBY AWAITS!

League action takes a back seat this Saturday as Cwmafan hit the road to face Penclawdd RFC in the cup.

It's knockout rugby. No second chances, no holding back. Just 80 minutes to earn our place in the next round.

The squad is named, the challenge is set. Let's get behind the boys!

**MILESTONE MOMENT**

Todays game against Vardre RFC marks a special achievement for player-coach Jay Weaver as he makes his 150th appearance for Cwmafan RFC

150 appearances in the red. 150 occasions stepping onto the field, standing shoulder to shoulder with his teammates and putting everything on the line for Cwmafan RFC.

Every tackle. Every collision. Every hard-fought victory. Every bitter defeat.

Through it all, the commitment to the badge remains.

150 appearances isn't just a number. It's a legacy being built, one match at a time.

Congratulations, Jay. You've earned your place in the club's story — and there are plenty more chapters still to write.

Enjoy the day and may it end with a W.
