He had a stroke…

Now he’s moving better than most men in their 30s.

Let that sink in.

When John first came to me, he wasn’t thinking about abs…
👉 He just wanted his health back

He felt:
❌ Unfit
❌ Low on energy
❌ Worried about pushing himself

And like a lot of people…
👉 He didn’t know where to start

Fast forward to now:

✔️ Blood pressure back to normal
✔️ Resting heart rate improved
✔️ Stronger than ever
✔️ More energy than he’s had in years

But this is the bit that matters most…

👉 After his stroke, he couldn’t even lift something as simple as a baking potato

Now?
👉 He’s lifting weights confidently
👉 Moving freely
👉 And proving what’s possible

This isn’t about weight loss.

This is about:

👉 Getting your confidence back
👉 Getting your life back

And the best part?
👉 John’s just a normal bloke who decided to start

It’s not knowing what the hell you’re doing.

Most people go to the gym and:

👉 Get bored

Then blame themselves.

It’s not you.
