We're looking forward to the first training session for our Walking Rugby team this evening 😄

Walking Rugby is a non-contact, inclusive version of rugby that is suitable for any level of ability and fitness and all ages 18+ 👨🏻👱🏻‍♀️👴🏼 It's a great way to get together with friends and get fit whilst having fun 😊
