Important Update for All Afan Fitness Members.

We’re excited to share that a brand‑new digital payment and sign‑in system will be going live from 1st June 2026.

To make things smoother and more secure for everyone:

🔹 Every member will receive a new sign‑in card/fob.
Your first card/fob is completely free.
If you ever need a replacement, these will cost £3 each.

🔹 Your card/fob is linked to your name.
For everyone’s safety and fairness, swapping or lending cards/fobs is strictly not allowed.
Any misuse will result in an instant ban.

🔹 Please use your card/fob every time you enter the gym.
This helps us keep accurate records, also to record footfall for funding and maintain a safe, welcoming facility for all.

🔹 Your card/fob will also be used alongside your debit/credit card to pay your monthly membership
Memberships will continue to run from the 1st to the 1st of each month.

Your payment will now be taken on your first visit of the month, using your new card/fob.

🔹 A gentle reminder about payments:
To keep things fair and consistent, we do not offer credit or delayed payments.
Membership must be paid on your first entry of the month.
If payment hasn’t been made, training cannot / will not go ahead until its payment is made.
No payment = No entry ⛔️
