AT CRAIGAVON SHS! 🚨

The Directors of Edenvilla Ltd are excited to announce that work has officially commenced on the total replacement of the hockey pitch at Craigavon Senior High School! 🏑✨

This project marks a massive milestone for the school, Portadown Ladies Hockey Club and Portadown Men's Hockey Club and the wider community in Portadown. The upgrade will provide an FIH approved Category 3 National standard playing surface that will benefit players of all ages and levels for years to come.

A project of this scale requires incredible collaboration, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the key organisations and individuals who made this a reality, especially Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Borough Council & Education Authority for funding the project in partnership.

We are also grateful to our local politicians for their unwavering support and advocacy in securing this essential funding. In particular, we would like to thank Lavelle McIlwrath, Jonathan Buckley MLA, Paul Givan MLA and Robbie Alexander for championing this project and backing our sporting community.

Haffey Sports Grounds arrived on-site bright and early to get the machinery moving and the groundwork started.

What a season already for this team! Bringing top level All Ireland league hockey to the local area and now making history with a first ever Champions Trophy appearance this weekend; good luck to all the players, coaches and volunteers involved.
