Our National League under 18 squad travelled to Wales and England earlier this month to play 2 pre season friendlies against Welsh Academy sides, Connah’s Quay and TNS and enjoy additional downtime watching, listening and learning from some senior professional figures in the game.
This trip took a lot of professional organising and couldn’t have happened without the invaluable assistance of Ben Heath, Seamus Heath, Kevin Hackett of A2B Coaches, Johnny Smith (Wigan Athletic), Debbie Quail (Tranmere Rovers) and not forgetting our coach driver Shane Nelson.

Louis Willis and Sam Shortt from our 2006 squad pictured today handing over a cheque for £1,200 to Sinead from Chest, Heart and Stroke NI. The money was raised when the 06 players challenged a team made up of Parents, Coaches and players from Annagh United’s first team. Great day all round and thanks to everyone involved for their generous donations to such a worthy cause.
