We have developed sports sessions for children under the age of 5, fun sporting activities for families, and sessions involving football for the over 50’s who want to keep fit and active. Additionally, with an early year’s specialist, we have devised a programme of multi - sports sessions for young children who are in nursery and pre-school. These sessions aim to introduce them to football and develop skills like agility, balance, co-ordination, and social skills. The impact of a positive sporting experience can last a lifetime. Whether you are a capable athlete, or brand new to the sports pitch, we hope to prepare you for a lifetime of confidence, improved self-esteem, new friendships, healthy lifestyles, creativity, resilience, and more.
