Can I start every week with a spa day? 👀
After our last minute spa day on Monday, the rest of the week was busssyyy.. 🥹
Grateful for this busy season, for work that fills me up, and for the people showing up and resetting with intention 🙏💙
Seeing everyone lean into their goals has fired me up to get after my own.. creating a strong routine & getting myself back to feeling good again in my body! ✨

There’s something about September that just hits different 🍃✨
A new month.. a fresh bit of structure.. that little shift from summer chaos into cosy‑season calm. I love it 🙌 but also filled with anticipation.
I’ve been chatting to my Arise Up crew - this time of year is such a good reminder that you don’t need a full overhaul to feel better. You just need intention 👊
A couple of small things done consistently.
A bit of planning instead of winging it.
A routine that actually supports you, not drains you.
If you’re feeling ready to reset after summer, start simple ⬇️
👉 Think ahead with your meals - even prepping one breakfast, lunch or dinner makes busy weeks feel lighter.
👉 Choose one physical anchor - steps, gym, or your weekly session.
New month. New opportunities.
Let’s make September our month 💪

One thing I’ve noticed over and over again at Arise is that successful members aren’t doing anything extreme - they’re just doing the basics well 💪💙
Here’s what they consistently do:
🙏 They show up even when they don’t feel 100%
🗣️ They communicate with their coaches
❓ They ask questions and want to learn
👏 They celebrate small wins, not just big ones
Overall they stay patient and trust the process.
It’s not about being the fittest or the strongest. It’s about being willing to keep going, keep learning, and keep showing up for yourself 💪

Nice to be a proper fan girl today of Charles 😘
Proud of Charlie Farrell after his summer with Ulster U18 Girls ❤️🤍 - excellent development of players within their summer programme 👏
This week I’ve been reminding myself of something important: “Comparison steals joy, confidence and progress!” ✨
It’s so easy to look at what others are doing - their training, their body, their routine, their life - and feel like you’re behind. 🙈 But the truth is, we’re all on completely different paths with different demands, different priorities and different seasons 🤝
Right now, my focus is simple..
👉 showing up for myself
👉 doing what feels good for my body
👉 eating well + resting when I need it
Building that trust with myself again 🧱 trust my own pace through life, trust my own journey!
I’m not trying to match anyone else.
I’m not trying to be perfect.
I’m just trying to be consistent, kind to myself, and proud of the effort I’m putting in.
If this hits home with you.. I see you. I feel you. 🤝💙

A few days ago I celebrated another year around the sun.. 32 🎂
Over the years I’ve learned a few things that keep coming back to me - the kind of lessons that steady / anchor you when life doesn’t look like the plan you sketched out ✍️
1️⃣ “It’s as it should be.” - a friend shared this recently.
Things don’t always make sense in the moment, and sometimes doors close so better ones can open. I’ve learned to breathe into that uncertainty and believe there’s a bigger thread weaving it all together 🧬
2️⃣ Patience matters 🙈
Progress, healing and growth rarely arrive on our timetable. Waiting isn’t wasted time - it’s part of the work / journey.
Patience has taught me to keep showing up, even when the next step feels small 🤏
3️⃣ Make peace with unexpected outcomes.
Sometimes the result you get isn’t the one you pictured. That used to feel like failure to me. Now I try to meet those outcomes with curiosity & grace, trusting again that they’re part of the story I’m meant to live ✨
4️⃣ Be intentional 🤝
With my time, my people, my work and my rest. Choosing what I say yes to - and what I don’t - protects my energy & lets me give my best where it matters 💙 Looking after myself isn’t selfish; it’s how I show up better for others 🥹
Above all, I’m thankful for my faith 🙏
Trusting Him has been the quiet compass through the highs & the hard bits.. a reminder that timing, purpose and love are held by something bigger than me 🙌
This week I’m celebrating with a short break with my favourite person, and the small joys that refill me. 🔋
Here’s to another year.. 🎉
