Kettlebells are a great tool to challenge strength and stability as well as providing great variety in your training
Here you see Catherine perform a Windmill
There are many benefits to this exercise:
➡️Increases range of motion in hamstrings
➡️Activates Glutes (butt)
➡️Strengthens shoulder/scapular stability
➡️Great for core strength
Be aware to make sure feet point in opposite direction to the hand that takes the kettlebell and perform slowly.
Make training fun and try new things..

Daily Mobility Drill
These are a few mobility exercises we encourage our members to do regularly when in training
Mobility training will improve range of motion of our joints and muscles. It can assist in improving posture and can alleviate ‘everyday’ aches and pains.
Check out this simple mobility flow and give it a go. I would love to know how you feel after a week of doing this daily flow.

Increase strength and stability of shoulder
This exercise is a great way to help you develop the over head press.
When many people perform overhead pressing movements they compensate by hyperextending their lower back and flaring their rib cage. This exercise allows to to perform exercise correctly and ensures core activation.
Coaching Tips
-Get into a tall kneeling stance. Your head, torso and hips should be in line.
-Grab a DB
-Make a fist and put your hand on a wall, aim for around the same height as your arm pit.
-Maintain pressure against the wall and press overhead ensuring you keep scapular retracted and shoulders square.
-Maintain line through shoulder and hip and don’t allow back to hyperextend.
Strength is of paramount importance to maintain our daily physical capabilities
