Portadown BBOB are pleased to announce the signing of Gregg Harrison from Lurgan Town.

Gregg is a well known goalscorer in Mid Ulster football having represented Annagh United, Hill Street, Moneyslane and Lurgan Town amongst others.

Matthew is a solid, reliable defender joining us from Donacloney. He’s already impressed everyone with his performances throughout pre-season and this start of this season — a strong presence at the back with great awareness and work rate. The Davy Pearson memorial game took place today, with the home side Portadown BBOB taking the spoils against our neighbours Rectory Rangers in wet conditions at Killicomaine .

BBOB Captain Daniel Robb, received the new Davy Pearson Cup from Davy's Daughter Louise and Granddaughter Ellie.

A good crowd was there to remember Davy at the game and afterwards in the Club hall also.

Many thanks to all the Pearson family and Nantucket's for all the refreshments after the game. It was greatly appreciated by everyone.

Thanks also goes to Rectory Rangers for honouring the fixture again and to Killicomaine Residents Group, joint supplier of the new Davy Pearson Cup alongside BBOB.

Unfortunately we are having to cancel the minis this morning due to the bad weather.
