Tried something new today at the INTOTRI Gyyly Sprint Triathlon. Absolutely zero training after a very busy summer but scraped a respectable 44 out of 174 and 9th in the age group (vets!). Thanks to my awesome support team for being dragged out of bed and cheering me along! Looks like we have a new hobby so best get another bike!!

So good to have old friends come and say hi when on holiday. Today we had the absolute pleasure of taking Carla and Lukes family out for some jumping and swimming around our Coasteering venue. Such a great trip today!!
