Our wonderful Robyn has had a bit of a setback. Some of you may be aware she’s been carrying an injury for some time, despite trying many avenues the pain has increased. So much so she ended up in A&E.
Doctors have advised full rest and a MRI.
Unfortunately this means that the Reformer 1:1’s won’t be able to go ahead for the next 2 weeks. if you’re booked in I’ll be messaging you individually
I’ll hopefully get the other classes covered.
Robyn hates letting people down but her health is my priority as I’m sure you will agree.
Hopefully she’ll be back on the mat soon.

Mairead is moving her HOT Yoga to a Tuesday at 6.30pm, starting from next week.

🤎❤️🩹 I N J U R Y 🤎❤️🩹
As some of you will know I have been suffering with an injury for the last few months. After lots of investigation it has been revealed it is from a very old injury I had in my lower spine/pelvis. I have been in a lot of pain from the injury and it has really limited my day to day lifestyle.
I have been using Pilates to support the recovery of my injury and help with my flexibility and mobility. This is where my initial love of Pilates started, when I had my old injury I used Pilates to help strengthen my core muscles to support my back. It was the one exercise I enjoyed doing in my recovery stages and where I felt my best afterwards.
Pilates is so versatile and everyone gets something different from a class whether it be to burn calories, calm and distract the mind, flexibility, strengthening, mobility … the list goes on.
We only have one body so always make it your priority to look after yours 🫶🏻 Hoping to be on the mend very soon but bear with me for now.

🍁🤍 R E S T T I M E 🤍🍁
This week I have taken time off to relax and slow down. Life has been so busy lately with so many amazing opportunities. I am listening to my body and giving myself time to rest and recover the mind and body.
222 Pilates started in April and I had no idea I would be where I am now in such a short space of time. We don’t often sit back and look at the progression we have made as we are always looking to the next thing. I am delighted and grateful for where this dream venture is at and I can’t wait for what is still to come!
