WOMENS OPEN DAY EVENT

Our club was delighted to work in partnership with the Irish Bowls Federation in hosting a pilot Women & Girls’ Try Bowls Open Day/Evening.

It was fantastic 😁 to see such a positive response, with 12 participants attending in total and enjoying the opportunity to give bowls a try.👍

Some of the participants are pictured below. A big thank you to everyone who came along and to the Irish Bowls Federation for their support in promoting and encouraging women and girls to get involved in the sport.🙏

We hope to see many of you back on the green next season! 🙏

This weekend, Gary McCloy marks another unbelievable milestone as he represents the NIPBA for the 100th time at the IBA Inter-Association series in Dublin!

This incredible achievement comes on the heels of earlier this season, when Gary and Donna were recognized by Club President Ali Kennedy upon their retirement from international bowls—with both reaching a staggering 100 international caps for
