Good footwork is essential for Taekwondo🥋

If it happens to look like a Latin dance along the way, who are we to complain? 😂🔥

We came. We sparred. We survived 😂🥋Swipe to see the difference 👀

Sometimes your Master gives you feedback you definitely weren't expecting 😂

What unexpected feedback has your Master given you? 😂

Master: “Shuffle back.”

Everyone: shuffles back 🥋

Senior member: “Kihap?” 👀

Everyone: “OH… KIHAP!” 😂

Sometimes we remember the technique, the stance, the direction…

…and completely forget the sound effects. 😆

Good thing someone is always there to remind us! 🗣️🥋

The instructor asks if we understand.

The mouth says: “Yes.”

The face says: “Maybe.”

The brain says: “404 error.” 🧠💀

Trying to remember the combo while making it look like you know exactly what’s happening 😂

We couldn't resist recreating this one! 😄🥋

A huge thank you to for the inspiration. We loved the original edit and thought we'd bring the idea onto our own mats with two of our young members.

What do you think - did they nail the timing? 👊🎬

Sometimes the best soundtrack is a Taekwondo class. 🥋🎧

No music.
No voiceover.
Just the sound of focused training, powerful kicks and determined kihaps. 👊💥

Turn the sound on and enjoy!

When the summer heat arrives, we’re grateful for one thing… air conditioning! 😎❄️

It means our members can keep training, learning and having fun in a comfortable environment, whatever the weather is doing outside.

Which are you picking this summer: Sauna dojang 🥵 or AC dojang 😎?

DM us “COOL DOJANG” for a free trial ☺️
