Day 5 Complete!

Nice beach walk during the day between call outs, then a nice evening walk through hilsea lines. Even the girls joined us and I'm happy to say that Beau enjoyed every second of it 🤣

Walk For Autism

Day 4 complete. Get the 10k in before 3 today so had a more chilled evening. Thanks to my amazing wife Jodie Silk for walking with me again ❤️

Day 3 complete! What a struggle. Battered by wind and rain thanks everytime I stepped out of the van thanks to storm Nelson so only managed 5k in the day.

Then this eveing we went out and had a huge carvery making the last 5k alot harder! As always spurred on by my amazing wife Jodie Silk ❤️

Day 2 complete! Took a bit longer today due to work but got there in the end, Finishing the day on 10688 with a few extra flights of stairs taken! Walk For Autism

The day started nice and sunny but slowly turned out to be wet and cold! Spurred on by the wife Jodie Silk this evening to finish off the last of the steps I couldn't fit in during the day ❤️

I even cut out the lifts and took a few stairs!!😥

Support Walk For Autism Walk for Autism is an exciting fundraising challenge to walk 10,000 steps a day for 8 days from 26 March to 2 April.
