June is Menβs Mental Health Awareness Month.
At Portsmouth Destroyers, we know strength is not just shown on the field. It is also shown in the moments where you speak up, check in, and support the people around you.
Mental health matters. Whether you are a player, coach, teammate, friend, brother, son, or supporter, you are never expected to carry things alone. A simple conversation can make a real difference.
This month, we encourage everyone to check in on the men in their lives, look out for their teammates, and remember that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Destroyers look after each other. On and off the field.
