Another top night at the Quality Inclusive Wrestling Federation 🎉🎉🎉

More tag team action with the team making incredible progress!

Coach Matty Linx was of course back at the Academy working hard after another big title win yesterday becoming the SWF Wrestling uk/ KAPOW Wrestling Tag Team Champion yet again. This makes him a Triple Champion including our Main Title holder and a great example to the slightly older generation achieving this all at 40 years young 🏆🏆🏆

Also a special poster with a lovely balloon spread has magically appeared at the Academy….I suppose there may be some special Lucha action happening at the Academy this week 👀

The talent we’ve grown at Quality Wrestling over the last 7 and a half years or so has been absolutely tremendous and we’re so proud of everyone.

As well as the showcases it has also been incredible running these extra promotions and seeing our wrestlers shine!

Today brought us to the end of our Portsea Adventure Playground Wrestling week!

What incredible work by the young people, and the showcase was absolutely phenomenal with a very lively audience. Thank you to all involved and congratulations to all the young people who were presented with Quality Wrestling Goodie Bags and certificates at the end for all their hard work.

A special shout out to the amazing Quality team who have been awesome all week ❤️

ANOTHER VERY BUSY QUALITY DAY 🎉🎉🎉

Kicking off most of the day in Portsea where the young people did their final preparations for the big showcase tomorrow where we know they’ll do us proud!

Then onto our Triple session Thursday kicking off with our Summer Junior session with a big old rumble with plenty of action! Then our Basics class with lots of corner work and sequences, and ending with plenty of energetic drills and moves from our Wrestle Fit legends 💪

Another Day with Quality Wrestling Training in two different locations!

Kicking off with Day 3 of our Portsea Adventure Playground Wrestling Project and the young people are really getting into the swing of things and absolutely nailed their first full practice showcase run through 💪

Then back to the Academy for our flagship Wednesday Wrestling Skills session with help from top pro Karl Atlas where we worked on power moves, pins and even a spot of highflying!

Wonderful work all round and a big shout out to our fantastic coaching team as always 🏆

Very busy and very fun Quality Wrestling Days!

Today we had Day 2 of the Portsea Adventure Playground Wrestling Project and the young people got stuck in incredibly. They even did some wrestling crafts after lunch creating lucha masks and wrestling championships. A promising start to their big showcase on Friday too.

Then it was over to our usual evening sessions at Fort Purbrook with some great match finishes from the Super Juniors Division, followed by some Boston Crab submissions and counters at the Youths, and finishing off with some quick sequences from our Advanced Adults!

A wonderful start to our Portsea Adventure Playground Wrestling Project. The young people got stuck in better than we could have imagined and did an amazing job grasping some wrestling fundamentals today. Thank you to the team, and it’s looking to be a very inspiring week indeed!

Then onto a lively Quality Inclusive Wrestling Federation session with the participants being put to the test with some Tag Team action. Some great progress made tonight with everyone giving it their all 💪
