Principal - Robine Cook
Robine started her ISTD student journey aged 9.
After a decade of Competitive Disco Freestyle, Rock’n’Roll & Street dance plus further education, Robine entered in to 3 performance contracts locally and as a backing dancer for Shirin & JLS.
Robine returned to teaching in 2013 & opened Ellipsis Academy in 2014.
Ellipsis Academy has continued to compete regionally in ISTD Disco Freestyle, Rock’n’Roll & Street competitions and had successful qualifying students for ISTD DFR Grand Finals every year in multiple gradings, styles, final placings and podium positions.

Daisy-May started her dance journey as a young girl and has developed a teaching career with over 10 years experience. Daisy has taught many styles in those years and is extremely passionate about performance and technique in students. Daisy-May has been a teacher at Ellipsis Academy for 8 years and co-produced, choreographed & directed multiple theatre performances in this time.

Kylah has progressed from student to teaching assistant to now a fully qualified ISTD teacher & member under guidance from Robine since the opening of Ellipsis Academy in 2014.
Kylah is a Podium placing Competitive dancer under the ISTD & SDI and has performed in multiple showcases with Ellipsis Academy. Kylah has assisted and choreographed complete pieces for showcases and competitions for the past 3 years with Ellipsis Academy.

Holly has competed, taken exams and performed with Ellipsis Academy since its opening in 2014. In that time Holly has gained high scoring examination results, final placings and podium positions under Ellipsis Academy Training.
Holly has been assisting and working along side our youngest students for many years as is currently training to take her first full Teaching Qualification in Disco Freestyle.
