🇬🇧ONLINE YOGA IS BACK 🧘‍♀️

After another big move back to the UK I’m finally ready to teach yoga online again 🙌🧘‍♀️✨

A quick update 🏡.
We’ve recently moved from Bavaria to Paignton, England, and life has been a little whirlwind of boxes, and all the adventures that come with starting over somewhere new (for the 5th time in the last 7 years 🤪).

And somewhere in the middle of all of this, I kept reminding myself that there is one thing that I want to unpack that is just mine❤️.

Not being a mum, a wife or someone who moves houses every one-two years (not moving again for at least 5 years, I can’t look at those boxes anymore😝).

I’m looking forward to sharing yoga, movement, breathing and a little bit of calm with you — wherever you are in the world. 🌿

New home, new chapter… and my yoga mat is coming with me. 🧘‍♀️💫

First cycle ride in Paignton went well.
I was postponing it for 4 weeks 😱, such a scaredy cat!! Dreaming about Bavarian fields and fresh mornings 🥹 but I am looking forward to a new beginning (cycling will most likely be a Sunday treat until I feel comfortable being on the left side of the road 😅❤️).
