Our Little Leaders have been working with Mum & Dad in class, developing their elbow strikes and having loads of fun along the way! 👊💥

We love getting parents involved — it gives our Little Leaders the chance to practise their skills while building confidence, coordination and focus. 💪🧠

And judging by those elbows… Mum & Dad better keep those pads up! 😂🥊

Our Little Leaders had a brilliant challenge in class!

👀 First up — REACTION SPEED!
Wait for the shout of “GO!” and be the first to grab the glove! 🧤⚡

🤼 Then the real challenge begins…
They have 20 seconds to wrestle with Mum or Dad and keep control of the glove! 💪😂

Can they use their movement, grip, determination and wrestling skills to stop their parents stealing it before the time runs out? ⏱️

A really fun way of developing:

❤️ Confidence — all while getting parents involved too!

🥋 NINJA CUBS & THEIR GROWN-UPS! 💪🐯

Our Ninja Cubs were putting their grip strength to the test in class, and their parents had an important job too! 😄

The challenge was simple… hold on tight and DON’T touch the floor! 🙌😂

This is such a fun way for our little ones to develop grip strength, upper-body strength, coordination and determination, all while getting to train alongside Mum or Dad. ❤️

There were plenty of smiles, lots of effort and some seriously strong little Ninja Cubs! 💪🥋

We love getting parents involved, at this age, learning through play, movement and working together makes every class that little bit more special. ❤️

👏 Great work Ninja Cubs… and well done to the parents for surviving the challenge too! 😂

Jace absolutely smashed it today! 👊🔥

Not only was he putting in some brilliant pad work with his dad, but we were also working on knowing his LEFT ➡️ and RIGHT ⬅️ while training.

Learning, listening, moving and having fun all at the same time, and Jace nailed it! 💪👏

There’s something extra special about seeing our young students training alongside their parents and building confidence together. ❤️
