Since joining us at Christmas Adam’s thrown himself in head first, joins us most evenings whether it’s learning how to move correctly in our ‘technique’ class or smashing our conditioning workout… Not only that but he’s also completed his first ever solo Hyrox this weekend! What a start to 2025👏🏼🔋
