Been putting this post off for a few days know, due to what people will think, but i keep telling myself this video is only for me no one else... so f**k em!! But really its the unkown of what will come after posting this video which is scary.
Watch this video dont watch this video, but im tired and done with my life being controlled by my insecurities, vunerablities, ego, thoughts....
I need to change my whole life and my whole mindset and i dont like it but this is the first step i have to take.
I am Sick of thinking to much of what people might think of me and being walked all over and trying to please everyone and being somthing im not just to fit in.
Like i said this video is for me as a progressive video so i can look back and she how much i have changed.
Share the video if you like because if this video helps 1 person or stops that person doing somthing silly or to let others know that there not alone in there suffering then that is a win.
Gurantee majorty of people are hiding somthing they dont want to face. So if you are struggling its ok dont be afraid to admit it or ask for help, f**k ego and f**k what anyone thinks....... everyone has that superhero in them, dont be afraid and toughen the f**k up, like i am having to do.... YOUR NOT ALONE!!!!

Due to being half term last week, i have pushed the New Bootcamps back a week or two. Got 6 weeks till break for the festive period.

Afternoon people.
A little video.... We all have great ideas when we are in a comfortable known situation in our lifes. That be sitting on coach, relaxing even walking the dog.
But the only way to improve as a human, to reach your goals, become better partner, parent huming being, We all have to get used to being comfortable in uncomfortable places. thats how we grow and progress.
Me doing this video was my worst nightmare, shows vulnerability especially when i have a stutter...... but i have already become a better version of myself than yesterday just by doing that minuite video.
Remember you are doing great!!!! Only you can change you!!!
