What is meal prep? Meal prep is the simple act of preparing a meal or multiple meals then portioning them out to create a grab and go meal for later! 🥘
How to meal prep? Start by getting yourself some containers to store your food in. Decide what meals you'd like to eat. Schedule a few hours in your week to prep the food. Make a list of what ingredients you need and go buy them. Then finally cook the meals and portion them out for the week ahead! ✅
