My current state (on the right) 105kg Vs 105kg when I did my little challenge 2-3 years ago.
Although I'm struggling with my back and hip which excluded me from any type of training past 6 months and made my metal state worse I'm not giving up and It didn't stop me from doing good work.
This year is my year!
I've set some goals and I'm going to get them πͺ

πππ!!!!! Rice noodles with hummus !!!!! πππ
INGREDIENTS :
* rice noodles
* natural hummus (around 1 tbsp)
* tofu (5 slices)
* garlic clove
* parsley leaves
* sesame seeds
SPICES :
* himalayan salt
* coock pasta as described on the package
* strain pasta leaving half glass of pasta water
* into the pot pour pasta water, add hummus, salt and pressed garlic
* chuck diced tofu and stir everything
* chuck pasta and mix it up
* put it on plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley

πππ!!!!! Pasta bowl with tofu and tomatoes!!!!! πππ
INGREDIENTS :
* rye pasta
* coconut oil (1/2 tea spoon)
* tofu
* garlic clove
* tomatoes x2-3
* olives (few)
* lemon juice (2 spoons)
SPICES :
* soy sauce (1.5-2 spoons)
* fresh parsley
* dried basil
* dried oregano
* himalayan salt
* Black pepper
* turmeric
- coock pasta as usual
- heat the oil and add pressed garlic, chopped tomatoes and tofu
- after 2-3 min add chopped in half olives, lemon juice, soy sauce and rest of the spices
- stew everything for around 6 min
- ready sauce put on top of pasta and sprinkle with fresh parsley

!!!! πPasta bowl with spinach, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheeseπ!!!!
INGREDIENTS :
- pasta
- spinach
- olives
- sun dried tomatoes
- Feta cheese (no cheese or some alternative for vegans)
- garlic clove
- coconut oil
SPICES:
- himalayan salt
- Black pepper
- oregano
* Cook pasta as usual
* chop olives in half and tomatoes into strips
* heat the pan with coconut oil
* add spinach, fry it for 1-2 minutes, mix it with spices and fry for another 2-4 minutes
* chuck in olives and tomatoes, stir and take pan off the heat.
* add pasta into your pan and mix it all
* chuck it into nice bowl and crumble bit of feta cheese on top of it
