Half term next week so will have availability throughout the week all day apart from thursday the slots already taken so if you wish to get some extra sessions in next week through out the day or you or your children would like to try boxing and get fit both physically and mentally drop me a message and ill get you booked in

This mornings session was a heavy bag circuit consisting of 1 min bag combo 30 sec exercise 1 min bag 30 sec exercise 10 rounds in total with 1 min rest between every round and every round a differant exercise and combo

Nice start to the week after last week's illness 🥊🥊 in 3 months ill be 46 and ive no intention of slowing down untill my body cant take it anymore . Your health is your wealth because with out your health u wont last long enough to spend your wealth so think wisely. The damage you do to yourself now as an effect on your body as your older unless your Ozzy Osbounre.

1st solid pad session with pro boxer Stathis Antonas since his last fight starting the prep for his next outing at end of November. This guy is one of the most dedicated boxers ive met amd packs a lot of power in shots 🥊🥊🥊

Been almost a year since my last fight and f@ÂŁk me i miss it so much but by training every day of the week I manage to keep on top of my mental health the best I can, I aint gonna lie its hard and every day is a battle with my own emotions my own thoughts the depression the battle with PTSD and BPD but when im not with my little family this is my medication my treatment my church my release.. recently ive seen a lot of young people sadly pass away some from depression and su***de and some from turning other means of dealing with there issues that as led to having a serious impact on there health resulting in early deaths. I can honestly say to people that are struggling the best way is to open up amd go seek the right help whether that be with a doctor or the friends that will talk to you and not invite you to the sesh or even do what I do amd train and release them endorphins the right way the healthy way

Good to be back at it today after that flu last week . Never before as the flu floored me like it did the back end of last week but after this mornings circuit i think ive sweated it all out

Apologies for the cancellations this week and tomorrow ive had few things going on and to top it off get hit with a serious case of man flu and as we all know man flu is the worst flu strain going so wont be back in gym untill monday morning

Great to have mike back after the summer hols. We've hit it hard this morning with a solid 45 min work out using the BlazePod lights for punch accuracy and timing and then going from the lights into a circuit . Great work and maximum effort from mike, its defo a veteran thing and we push each other hard as always 🥊🥊🥊👊👊👊
