We have a friendly team environment that is highly welcoming to new members and beginners! As a coach there is no better feeling than empowering and encouraging people to get out of their comfort zone and teaching people how learn to lift and move well!
At our club we focus on teaching the fundamentals of good form and running a programme that allows members to lift safely.

Are you looking to learn or improve your powerlifting/olympic weightlifting.
We are opening up a new block of classes for the new year. Within our sessions you can improve your powerlifting or olympic weightlifting with planned training sessions which guarantee to improve your ability.
Classes are always small with 4 people or less and sessions are adapted and modified should you need to work around any injuries or issues.
All sessions take place at our fully kitted garage gym in Cottam!

We offer small class sessions based from our garage gym which are never more than 4 people. So you get tailored coaching based around your skill level. Due to the small class size, we create a fun and enjoyable atmosphere to train.
Finally if you are looking for a little more personal approach to training, we also offer 1-1 personal training!

Strength work from our weightlifting class last night. Yesterday our strength was pause rep front squats.
This block of training we are focusing on developing strength in the bottom position of all the lifts.
We will be increasing the weights each week and it will be great to see how the guys progress!
