Due to a change in circumstances we have taken the very difficult decision to suspend the club until further notice.

We hope things change in the future.

Our very own Officer Dax dropped by last year to talk to our students about the importance of knowing how to deliver CPR and use a defibrillator.

If a defibrillator is used and effective CPR is performed within 3-5 minutes of cardiac arrest, the chance of survival increases from 6% to 74%

BUT

Only 22% of people in the UK would be confident in performing CPR on a stranger.

We're always looking for ways to help our students to be prepared, both on and off the mat. We can't wait to get back to it soon!
