But itโ€™s not just about the workouts โ€“ we also have a supportive community of like-minded members who motivate each other and grow together.

3 months in to our fresh new chapter! ๐Ÿคฉ

While we originally started as a small group PT gym in Lancashire (UK), our move to the UAE brought a new training option for our members.

Weโ€™ve shifted gears and have been working with our amazing members online now for a few months ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’ป

Though weโ€™ve gone digital, our mission remains the same: to help YOU reach your fitness goals with effective and efficient training programmes, motivation, and a community thatโ€™s always there to support you.

Whether youโ€™re training in the UK, UAE or anywhere in the world - weโ€™re here to help you make training a true part of your lifestyle.

Lucy joined our coaching team 3 years ago, bringing with her an inspiring personal journey. From being shy on the gym floor, to SHINING on the gym floor - it has been incredible to see. Lucy - your dedication, passion, and care, has left an unforgettable mark on members over the last few years.

D... where do we even begin? The one we could call at 5am in any crisis, our in-house barista, the one who tells us as it is, and MWโ€™s BIGGEST cheerleader.

Weโ€™re incredibly grateful for both of you.

And we canโ€™t forget to mention our therapists & .co.uk and past coaching staff too - , , & .pt!

When making our decision to move away, we reflected on all of the times we have encouraged members to step outside of their comfort zone and do something that scared them. We knew that if they had the courage to do those things, then we should take our turn too.
