We teach Backwoods, Bushcraft, some survival, Pioneering, Leadership training and team work, for Schools, Individuals, Youth groups, and Businesses.

We are based in North West Lancashire, and offer a number of unique opportunities for you to take part in one of the oldest forms of camping that dates back to the early pioneers. Adventure Pioneers Northwest CIC have had another successful year promoting bushcraft, pioneering, teambuilding, and just having fun playing out and helping others including youth organisations, individuals, families and others. As you may have heard in 2025, we are going to introduce archery into the list of things we can provide for everyone, but perhaps some of you know that Alan one of our instructor’s is an established whittler/carver and is known for his snake walking sticks, spoons, whistles, totem poles’ etc and we are thinking of introducing carving walking sticks spoons etc as an individual skill to anyone who is interested? If there is anyone who is interested in attending something like this then please get in touch with us, or if there is anything you think we could help you with. Happy new year.

Good luck Adventure Pioneers and fears to your future.

Its been some time since our last post, it was touch and go for a while but we are back! During lock-down we had some time to consider what we were going to do in the future as a none profit organization and one of the thing we needed to do was to re- register ourselves with Companies House having made a mistake the first time, If you have ever had to deal with them the you will know it takes time but our new registered name is Adventure Pioneers Northwest CIC but to you plain old Adventure Pioneers. What is the difference we are now a Community Interest Company, A community interest company is a business with primarily social objectives whose surpluses are principally reinvested for that purpose in the business or the community, rather than being driven by the need to maximize profit for shareholders and owners. CICs tackle a wide range of social and environmental issues and operate in all parts of the economy. By using business solutions to achieve public good, it is believed that CICs have a distinct and valuable role to play in helping create a strong, sustainable and socially inclusive economy. Hi all, please look at our Adventure Pioneers Page.
Something a friend and myself started to encourage people both young and old to do something outdoors as a family, individual or group and too enjoy what the countryside has to offer, but we are feeling a bit low at the moment with everything that's going on and are wondering what we will be doing in the future all the best Alan
