What a beautiful week together in Almería. ☀️⛰️🌊

Between the mountains and the sea, we shared laughter and tears, stories and sunsets, long walks, yoga, beautiful food and conversations from the heart.

But most of all, we connected. 🧡

Strangers became friends, moments became memories, and we leave with a bond that will stay with us long after this week has ended.

Different women, different stories — one very special week we’ll never forget. ✨

The dates are not yet launched for the AZ 2027 retreat.

✨ NEW: Physiotherapy-Led Beginner Pilates at AZEN Wellness ✨

Have you been told you should try Pilates but aren’t quite sure where to start?

We’re excited to introduce a brand-new 7-week Beginner Pilates course with Olivia, designed specifically for people who want a little more guidance, confidence and support when getting started.

Olivia is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist and certified Pilates instructor, combining her clinical knowledge with Pilates to help you move better, build strength and feel more confident in your body.

This course is ideal for:
• Complete beginners to Pilates
• Anyone returning to exercise after injury
• Those managing ongoing aches and pains
• Anyone who has been advised by a physio to try Pilates
• Anyone wanting to improve strength, mobility and posture

📅 Starting Thursday 17th September
⏰ 6:45pm–7:35pm
📍 AZEN Wellness, Catterall
🗓️ 7-week course
💷 £80 for all 7 weeks — less than £11.50 per session

Class numbers will be kept small so Olivia can provide plenty of individual attention and support.

The exciting future of AZ 🚀

This is probably the part we’re most excited about.

We don’t want AZ to be known as just a gym anymore. We genuinely believe we can become so much more than that.

Over the coming months and years, we want to keep expanding what we can offer you as members not just better training, but better recovery, nutrition, longevity, health, performance and overall wellbeing.

We want AZ to become a place where you can come to train harder, recover smarter, feel better and ultimately live a healthier life.

And there are already some really exciting ideas and plans happening behind the scenes that we can’t wait to start sharing with you.

This is where we see the future of AZ going, and it’s a massive reason why we feel now is the right time to evolve and start the next chapter of AZ. 😆
