⭐ MEMBERS SPOTLIGHT ⭐
This week’s spotlight is a special double edition featuring Laura & Lori because you rarely see one without the other!
The pair joined AZ in 2024 after deciding they wanted to get fitter and healthier after having children. Since then, they’ve thrown themselves into everything AZ has to offer and have become fantastic examples of what consistency and commitment can achieve.
They started with Group Training and using the upstairs gym, and they haven’t looked back. Earlier this year, they took on our HYROX Beginners Programme and have continued to push themselves every step of the way.
Alongside their training, they’ve both taken up running and have recently completed 5K and 10K races, achieving personal bests and getting faster, fitter, and stronger with every challenge they take on.
Over the past year, they’ve taken part in the AZ Games and are now preparing to take on HYROX Birmingham together.
What makes Laura and Lori stand out isn’t just their results — it’s their attitude. They show up consistently, support each other, get involved, and always give their best effort, no matter what challenge is put in front of them. They’re also constantly encouraging friends and family to come along and get involved too!
A huge congratulations to both of you on everything you’ve achieved so far. We’re incredibly proud to have you as part of the AZ community, and we can’t wait to see what you accomplish next.
