Great day today at our interclub people absolutely smashing it from people in our gym having there 1st to people who have had multiple fights all improving massively and pushing themselves out there comfort zones you love to see it.

Greatly appreciate all gyms that came down for a nice busy day and it was nice fast paced people helping out with replacements some people doing multiple and all gaining experience.
