The Plan
7:30am - Arrival
8:30am -Briefing
9am - Hilly road Ride
1230pm - Lunch (Bring Sandwiches)
1:00pm - Fundamentals of training workshop
2:30pm - fast flats road ride
4pm - Pick-up/Break
6pm - NWCC Session

This is open to youth and junior riders. Riders must be capable and safe riding for up to 4 hours consistently approximately 15mph
This is a very long hard day of training!

It was long day for the Easter break Tuesday trainers, we did 5 hours on the bikes including hill reps, bunch work and race drills and an honor r in the gym. Some stayed for another 2hours with NWCC with Charlie the last one standing at 8pm well done rider's .com
