As the weather is so lovely I'll be holding tomorrows sound bath in the garden which opens up a few more spaces. Relax to the soothing crystal bowls amongst nature, a perfect end to the weekend. DM if interested to book. £10 each. 7-8pm.

I invite you to join me for a Relaxing sound bath on Sunday 12th July and Sunday 26th 7-8pm in my beautiful, relaxing yoga cabin. The cost is £10 each class and only 6 places each evening so booking essential by DM.

Sound baths calm the nervous system, are a doorway to meditation as they give the restless mind something to hold onto and are a deeply restorative rest.

Fluffy blankets, pillows, bolsters and scented eye pillows will be set up ready for you.
