This coming week is my final week teaching yoga, before I step into a new chapter of my life.
I am absolutely overwhelmed by the amount of messages I’ve received following my little voice note to many of you yesterday. I truly wasn’t prepared for the depth of feeling, love and reflection that has come back to me.
When I started teaching yoga, I never wanted it to be about the big things.
It was always about the little things:
making people feel welcome,
seen,
heard,
enough.
It was about creating a space where people could arrive exactly as they are, and still feel they belonged. Somewhere that felt safe. Somewhere that felt kind. Somewhere that felt like community.
As a yoga teacher, you don’t have colleagues in the traditional sense. There’s no office, no team around a desk… but what you do get is something so much deeper.
You get real connection. Shared stories. Shared courage.
In the true spirit of yoga, of lifting others up and paying it forward. I now share my three beautiful classes and pass the baton on to Moira of New Feelings Yoga and Wellbeing and Louise Ball. I pass these classes on and do so with complete trust that they will be held with the same care, heart and intention that has always lived in those rooms.
These classes will continue to grow, evolve and flourish in new ways.
Because in the end, it was never about me.
It was always about us.
“You may think you’re only one person, but you are one person to someone.” - Dr. Seuss
Thank you for letting me be your person for a while 💛

Hi All,

Please accept my apologies, anyone who has booked online I will send a refund asap.
Thanks
Charlotte

During our weekly classes we will work with movement to gain strength, flexibility and balance, plus relaxation techniques to soothe the nervous system and calm the active mind.
Every class I teach is adapted for all abilities and levels. I hold a space for you to enjoy yoga, at your own pace and fitness level, no matter your size, shape, gender or age.

These weekly chair classes are designed for anyone who wants to focus on a gentle accessible practice due to having reduced mobility, balance issues, arthritis/joint issues/joint replacements and/or any form of body pain.
Chair yoga, is a gentle form of yoga that’s done while seated or using a chair for balance, making the practice more accessible. It is a gentle practice in which postures and movements are performed while seated and/or with the aid of a chair, in turn helping to keep your body supple and hopefully allow you to regain lost mobility. No experience necessary, no equipment needed, just a desire to try something new.
During our weekly classes we will work with movement to gain strength and flexibility, mindfulness and relaxation techniques to soothe the nervous system and calm the active mind.

Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra: A Two-Hour Reset
On the very last day of Autumn, before Winter begins, give yourself the gift of stopping.
This practice is designed for the turning of the seasons, a time of clearing out, letting go, and preparing for what’s ahead. Think of it as a pause before December arrives, no to-do lists, no responsibilities, just two hours where you don’t have to hold it all together. A space to breathe, soften, and reset.
Beginning with Yin Yoga, we will work through a series of floor based postures, using blankets, bolsters and blocks to help us find space, ease tension and a time to unravel.
Once the body is deeply relaxed, we will sink into the practice of Yoga Nidra also know as ‘Yogic Sleep’. Think cosy blankets, eye pillows, warmth and deep rest.
Snuggle down and give yourself 2 hours of much deserved attention.
✨ No experience necessary and all equipment provided. Just bring yourself, a blanket and a willingness to slow down.
📅 Sunday 30th November. 4pm -6pm
📍 Kirkham Community Centre, PR4 2AN
