Further update on from Sammy’s progress, it’s clear to see Sammy’s improvement these last few months👀

Waist has shrunk, chest more defined along with the clear increase in muscular size💪 has also increased in strength with his compound exercises which will be shown later in the week. Keep it up mate!👊🤙

So the testimonial explains it (swipe till the end) but came to me for training when classes stopped running in the gym ☹️.

Since then, stuey has achieved some great results stemming from hard work, discipline and consistency (the odd cocktail here and there 😉). Here’s to many more sessions and even greater results going forward 👊🏾🔥🏋🏾‍♂️.

Slightly different about this post is that it’s my current physique sense I’ve not been consistent with the bodybuilding aspects of my training💪

🔸 Overall am happy with my current physique despite more emphasis on football specific training. This shows that this type of training can be beneficial in terms of specially for the sport as well as aesthetics purposes.💢

🔹Bit bored of the standard pull ups? Why not try this variation using a towel🔹

The material of the towel makes it harder to grab and hold onto, causing you to grip harder to maintain the hold on it👊 Thus also increasing tension in the muscles while either pulling yourself up or hanging from it💪

With our season starting with 2 losses, here’s hoping I can get some game time and we can turn it around🏈

Been a sh*tty and stressful 2 weeks including me staying in bed for long hours but f**k it (scuse the cursing) no better way to get over it by reaching your goals and doing what you love doing👊

The shoulder problem seems to have reoccurred since I’ve been playing American Football again🏈Despite that, no regrets😛

Hopefully be able to get the right shoulder checked out before the next game am available for👌
